About Course

This is a monthly movement program for people who spend most of their day sitting at a desk.

We focus on the most common problems desk workers experience:

  • Neck, shoulder, lower-back, and knee pain
  • Poor posture and limited mobility
  • Weak muscles caused by long hours of sitting
  • The need for long-term body care, not quick fixes
 

What Will You Learn?

  • Everything is planned in advance. Throughout the day, employees receive reminders to get up and do short movements during their natural breaks. Sessions are simple, desk-friendly, and easy to follow. People just stand up behind their desks and move.
