Hapimoi was created with one simple belief:

We live in a world where most people sit too much, move too little, and feel disconnected from their bodies. At the same time, the fitness industry often pushes extremes, intense programs, unrealistic expectations, and quick fixes, which are not even maintainable.

We focus on sustainable movement. The kind that helps you feel stronger, more mobile, and more at ease in your body — whether you’re working at a desk, managing a team, raising children, or simply trying to take better care of yourself.

We Work With Teams

Modern work is physically demanding in a specific way. It’s hours of sitting, constant screen time, and the static tension that comes with high-focus meetings. We believe a company’s responsibility includes the physical well-being of the people who power it.
That is why we developed structured movement programs for teams. Simple systems that help employees move during the day, reduce pain, and build strength gradually,  without disrupting their workflow.
We focus on the areas most affected by office work; our routines require no gym clothes and no equipment. They are designed to be done in 5–15 minutes, fitting into the gaps between meetings. We don’t push for sweat; we push for mobility and body awareness. We build strength slowly so it actually stays.
Healthy teams perform better. But more importantly, they feel better.
